It is hard to speculate on what might be the issue without any information about the error message or error code. Are you receiving a decryption error? Or is it a read error? If it is a read error, I can't suggest anything other than cleaning the disc and trying a different disc drive.
Very true, I am sorry about that! I am not home at the moment but I will add the information when I can.

When I open the disc, it takes a good few minutes to go through the "dycrypting" stage, and then fails. It gives two debug codes and says the disc cannot be decrypted. Much like posts I have seen where the keydb file was not being read by Makemkv.
Wash the disc wit liquid soap and warm water. Dry witha microfiber cloth. If you get still an error post it here .

I think the KEYDB entry for this disk is correct.

I restarted it now and it's working, I have no idea why it didn't work this morning.
Thank you

I did run the disc through the hash check and it verified 100%. So I don't think it is a dirty disc problem. Arrow UK's discs are usually perfect, but I will try it. Thank you.

I have used Keydb Helper to get the keys, but it still refuses to work. I used the programme previously to rip Little Darlings and it was quick and easy. This damned Arrow disc refuses to work for me. Very frustrating. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
According to this thread, the UHD is not encrypted.

Thanks for the new disc submissions. One variant after another has been added to the public keydb.

Thanks for the reminder SamSpeexy. I forgot that City on Fire had previously been discussed within this thread: Link.

KeyDB Helper should have caught that and displayed a message about it. Granted, it's an experimental feature I added but in theory it should have been able to check.
