so I have it working with MakeMKV now but had to connect it to the Sata ports inside the computer just to get it to work.... Everything except MakeMkv works fine with the USB.. so I still come back to how MakeMKV is accessing the Drives.... the ONLY difference from the computer standpoint appears to be "Location" with USB it shows as a Mass USB device. (as noted earlier)
