(You probably should have started a new thread, as this really has nothing to do with subs)

What was your initial source material?

It appears to be lacking a (REQUIRED) Volume Identification Key. (Not a fault of MakeMKV)
May be the moderator makes a new thread from my message. The initial source material attached (as torrent file to blu-ray film)

Presently, the forum is operating without a moderator ("mike admin" is presently handling those chores with some "unofficial" assistance). Moving your post to a separate thread is no big deal, just technically (and for ease of following) incorrect.

On the other hand, you say:
The initial source material attached ( as torrent file to blu-ray film)
. Discussion of such material is inappropriate at the MakeMKV Forums for two reasons - First, it is deemed to be a form of "piracy". Second, Since such materials are other than the original commercial products, there is no way of knowing how they were created or what they contain that may differ from the actual commercial product. Additionally, to avoid any question regarding different laws in different countries, discussion of ANY downloaded or rented materials will not be permitted. (Yes, the formal rules should be posted and be available for viewing in the near future).
