Got one of these from Frank yesterday. I'm delighted with it. Plugged it in and it worked immediately. Ripped three UHD discs with no issues. I dig the small footprint, too.
(Also, Frank's great to communicate with and shipping was fast.)

Received a drive from Frank yesterday and really happy with my purchased. Drive worked straight out of the box and was able to rip my first UHD disc yesterday. Frank was great to deal with and replied via email very quickly and answered all my questions.

Several months using Frank's drive and it's humming right along. Never misses a step. Money well spent.
