It seems Gate Keeper is interfering with the HK download. When I reboot, (where the HK file will not download, I have to have MakeMKV loaded) I then open the system settings/Privacy & Security/Full Disk Access setting to the opposite of what ever it was last set, (so if on, then off or vise versa, it doesn't matter) at which point I get the warning that MakeMKV will quit and reload MakeMKV, (which it does) I then have to quit MakeMKV one more time and then manually reload MakeMKV, at which point it will now download the HK file from then on, till I reboot the Mac Studio, at which point I have to do it all over again to get MakeMKV to download the HK file.

It seems that Gate Keeper doesn't remember that I have allowed MakeMKV to download the HK file upon reboot.
