I tried ripping the two discs that I had issues with in 10 different drives (4 different models) and not one of them could rip the discs. So the issue definitely isn't limited to "certain drives".

That was power supply issue. I tried different power supply (different USB port) and made through S4D4 disc dumping!! I am now trying S2D3...

Finally getting around to finishing ripping these. S4D4 is giving me fits at the moment. I know all the usual advice. Currently trying one of my other Pio drives but this one might be a badly mfg'd disc. Not really worried about it, just reporting my findings so far.

Yeah. That might be bad S2D3 disc. I tried many drives but got the same errors (same offset locations).

No issue with any discs in S2. Just this one is problematic. It failed in my other drive, as well. I'll take more drastic measure if needed. As I said, not really worried but just reporting that this set seems to have all kinds of quality issues.

And if you force an ISO creation ignoring the read errors, as many propose MakeMKV do, this is the problem you face. So yea, don't do that.
