Same here. I have maybe had the program a week and its saying application version is too old.Please download the latest version. Which i did but to no avail. I did not register any beta keys Because I didn't realize I had to til just reading your post. I don't want to drop 60 bucks on a program that says first 30 days are free, which I have had less than a week and it stopped working. And then other comments below saying they purchased keys and hadn't got them yet. Seemed like a decent program the first few days I got to use it. Did you get anywhere with beta key?

I just tried to purchase a key as well and a statement on the page says this action unavailable.

Same deal: finally decided to purchase, or at least see how long it was taking ... and this was the response:
The action is temporarily unavailable

The gap in time for a new temp key isn't at all unusual ... but that message makes me think of all the exit scams happening on deep web.
Not saying this is the case (No profit in it!) but Internet Larceny is running rampant.

Have you received it yet? I was considering it also.

Purchased yesterday and still haven't recieved. The confirmation email said to send a message to support@makemkv.com to get the key, but I haven't heard anything.

Paypro Global website is up, it's obviously the purchase link between Makemkv and Paypro Global has been severed. Perhaps Paypro has enough complaints from Makemkv customers trying to purchase the key that they severed the purchase link....at least temporarily.

I think that's exactly what it is.
This was in the email I received from PayPro support.

We are aware of the current situation regarding the MakeMKV product. If the vendor does not provide a license key within the next 24 hours, we will proceed with refunding all related orders.

I bought the license key yesterday as well and did not get anything in return

I think one Answer is the minimum for the Buyers and the Commmunity.

That a Beta Keys are not public at the same day is no Big Deal.
But when Buyers they are paid for it, will not send the Key. Thats not ok!

The purchase link no longer works. The PayPro site message now says "The action is temporarily unavailable".

I've seen multiple times where the beta key didn't update on the first, I bet it's up in the next few days sometime... seeing all the people purchasing the key and not receiving it is concerning, though.

As a temporary fix, you can shut off the internet and manually change the date on your PC to July 2025, and it will still work with the old beta key.

At this point I have to assume he's got a work or family emergency / obligation, and just can't get to this. Might be time to find a mod you trust to generate keys. Either way, I hope all is well. The age of the product doesn't lend itself to some kind of sell and vanish tactic, even if I'm new to it.

It just kinda stinks because my plan was to rip BSG and watch it on my PC this weekend. C'est la vie.
