Just received a new copy of Kingdom of Heaven 4K Steelbook this month, and looks like a new encryption .tgz designation, and currently can't rip it. May you add this to the directory?

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
