edit: I also ripped 2 dvd's this morning that work as expected.

So far everything seems to be fine for me with this release. Even mkv's with Dolby TrueHD + AC3 streams seem to be playing fine. I've ripped down about 10 blu-rays and all seek fine on my HTPC with windows media player x64.

It seems to me that theres something wrong with keyframe generation.
Using 1.6.10 or 1.6.11 and trying to scan/clean the resulting MKVs using matroska.orgs tools, cleaning interrupts with "no keyframes found in stream #1".
Ripping the same BDs using 1.6.8 and cleaning em i get fine results.

Apparently this is the root cause for the bug - it happens only for
some h.264 AVC streams.

Yes...Exact same problem with Lord of the Rings - Extended Edition...All ripped fine except for Return of the King Blu-ray disc #2

1.6.12 is available and should fix all remaining problems.
