I tried this disc recently as well. Funny thing, 90% of the movie played perfectly. The last 15 minutes or so, the audio was way off from the video. I tried the process over again and the same result.

I had to decrypt using DVDFab then used makemkv. So based on what I read, give it some time for the developer(s) to work out this problem and try ripping the disc again?

Nothing has worked for MKB20_v77_Ghostbusters-_Frozen_Empire_E132.tgz, already submitted. Tried MakeMKV, KEYDB.cfg, and DVDFab. This UHD Bluray is a set with Ghostbusters- Frozen Empire, Afterlife, an ice cube maker, and regular HD Blu-rays. Also submitted MKB20_v77_Ghostbusters-_Afterlife_FA26.tgz. I am not shocked that it will take a little time as both are brand-new UHD Bluray versions.

If you've tried adding the KEYDB.cfg file to your MakeMKV data directory and it still doesn't work, one thing you could try is install Xreveal and see if it can decrypt it. MakeMKV requires a VUK to be in the keydb for it to work and not all entries have the VUK. If the unit keys for your disc are in there, Xreveal will decrypt it in real time, then you can open it with MakeMKV. Ignore the warning about using 3rd party decrypters, and you're (potentially if your disc is supported) good to go. This may help until Mike can get to adding a key to MakeMKV.

I think I now have this working by using FindVUK to download an updated keydb.cfg file, then opening Xreveal and telling it where I have the new file stored. Then restarting Xreveal (Exit in system tray and open again with the disc in the drive). Then I booted up MakeMKV, and everything seems to be ripping as normal.
