Thanks Billy. After flashing this 209UBK got a new life. And as of now it's more reliable than ASUS BW-161HT, when it comes to ripping the UHD. Asus kept failing the LOTR disc either halfway or when reading the disc. The best part is that Pioneer is so silent when ripping the movie.

Is it possible to get it to play 4K UHD Discs?

I have the Pioneer BDR-209MBK. Wil the flasher work for my drive as well so that it can be able to read the 4K discs?
