Just opened The Flash UHD with no problem.

well, how about that. Tried Transformers again after it opened The Flash and now it worked.

Mine's still not working. It's been a week now... Not sure if I have some other issue going on...

MakeMKV v1.17.5 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=XXXXXXXXXXXX)
Backing up disc into folder "G:/TRANSFORMERS_RISE_OF_BEASTS"
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\xxxxx/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_TRANSFORMERS_RISE_OF_BEASTS_DF22.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Backup failed


A week or so ago, I was getting warnings in Bitdefender about "hkdata.crabdance.com". I made an exception for it and thought all would be ok. I can say for certain, I haven't had a hashedkeys download in a few days. Not getting any warnings about it either. Wonder if something else is going on....

Any ideas??

I deleted my private_data.tar file and tried again,

So, now I am thinking there's no other issues, just that Mike hasn't added the key for this version yet.... I sent the dump a week ago (then again on friday just in case), so hopefully won't be much longer...

I wonder if Mike's on holiday / sick / disappeared for some other reason as I see over the past week, several dumps for various movies have been sent in but keys aren't being generated.... I haven't seen any HK download updates in several days....

I sent in my dump (MKB20_v77_TRANSFORMERS_RISE_OF_BEASTS_DF22.tgz) a week and a half ago and still nothing...

That's not unusual. There's been plenty of times it's taken a few weeks before new keys are added.
