I got a pioneer recorder and it is ripping the disks the lg and asus wouldn’t including avatar

I could not rip 2 separate discs - 4K Avatar Way of the Water from Amazon. They both died at similar places. Then I bought a copy from Best Buy and worked perfectly. I am thinking many folks are having similar issues with Amazon discs because they all came defective as these discs may have factory defects.
When I looked at these discs, they both have slight circular swirls in the inside and I can’t feel them when touching the areas. The Best Buy disc does not have these swirls that I can see. Maybe Amazon got discounts buying boat load of these defective discs.

I am also stuck with a walmart uhd 4k copy. I am getting errors on 2 tracks/files. Can anyone help/share please.

There's really nothing anyone else can do for you. If cleaning the disc doesn't work, no matter "how clean it looks" or "just took it out of the package" then either the disc is defective or your drive is having issues reading it.

Are you within your return window? Exchanging for a new copy might be relatively easy.
