only if you have a proxy server.
for most people this error is caused by their isp dns or firewall
try changing your dns in your router or os

I have changed it before from isp to Google and back. Still no luck. Im going to try to use CloudFlares.

I tried all dns settings, turning off ipv6, changing wifi network, and uninstalling Malwarebytes. None of them of were successful.

Simply connected my device to a VPN and
Now it’s working perfectly!.
