I'm working with a regular retail release from Walmart, no good on my end.
I'm confused, some of you sent hash files and say its now working but the hashed keys file in the sticky post is still dated Dec 9th 2019?

We don't use the hash key txt file any more. The latest keys are downloaded automatically in the sdf file, sometimes when you first open MakeMKV but usually when starting a back-up.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't mention but I had manually updated the sdf.bin file too! (it never auto downloads for me)
I did it again before replying but still no dice so I finally did the work to fix the auto-download issue (removed some geo-IP filtering on my Unifi router and changed the DNS on my Adguard from Cloudflare to Google) and the disc is decrypting successfully now. I noticed when I placed the SDF in the MakeMKV data directory it would disappear when the program is started, I assumed it was consuming the file as expected but did noticed this last time that the modified time of the _private_data.tar was unchanged. That modified time did change once I corrected the SDF auto update

Anyway, glad it's working now ; )

Is anyone still having an issue?

Just purchased Joker from Amazon NA and I'm getting failures. Sent the dump over but, maybe I am doing something wrong (never had an issue before).

The file needs to be emailed to svq@makemkv.com if you want it processed in a timely manner. Attaching files on the forum does not get it to Mike's automated process.
