If you're meaning version 1.7.71 (a special version for the Mac), it's obsolete, and will not work on BD if you've inserted the recently-released Total Recall BD.
Update to 1.7.10, and try again.

Still not working on windows with version 1.7.10. I'm completely new, but have started ripping my collection and been through quite a few discs. This is the only one so far that hasn't worked. At this point would another copy of error logs from a different user be helpful?
