003327:0404 BD+ Code wurde bearbeitet, aber es wurden keine FUTs erstellt. Dies kann zu Fehlern führen

Yesterday at 12 o-clock I had the same problems, but at ~17 o-clock the problem was gone and MakeMKV had downloaded the correct BD+ files and the ripped MKV-file was perfect.

May I ask which Region your BluRay is from? So it sounds that the problem is fixed now? Thought there will be a new software version. Can someone explain to me why that´s not the case this time?

BD+ updates do not require an update to the app.

BD+ updates doesn't need a new version of MakeMKV. MakeMKV will download this BD+ updates automatic, if it necessary.

My Spectre BluRay is a german BluRay. Since sunday late afternoon is the BD+ update available.

My Blu Ray (also German, Region B) still doesn't work....

I'm have the same issue with this disk "BD+code processed but no FUTs were obtained errors may follow" box the resulting video has pixelated errors when viewing. I'm using latest version 1.99. Can somebody steer me in the right direction? How do I summit a dump file and where are they located. Thanks in advance

When you got the "No FUTs" message, there should have been a pointer to the file that needs to be sent.

/svq/ describes the process.

Thanks all for help. Finally got the dump sent now new .svq files took care of it problem solved.
