Really? It still tells me the SVQ automatic download fails or w/e.

You probably have messed-up settings for SVQ directory. In any case you can always download the latest SVQ manually from http://www.makemkv.com/svq

Rabbit Hole also fails for me with Registered version. I emailed log to svq@makemkv.com yesterday. Hoping for a fix.

I also have AnyDVD as a backup to MakeMKV and they are having problems with this movie also.

been trying 2 copy Rabbit Hole movie for a month same result & cannot get a clean rip. AnyDVD same ; fails also!

Took me a while to figure that one out too. Mondays's post is dated 04/25; with a release date of 04/19 he couldn't have been trying to rip it "for a month" without early access to the disc
