Do you mean the rhetorical "does the motion picture industry put all of these titles/playlists on the Blu-Ray disks just to be jerks...?", or about select all?
Both have been discussed here, from time to time... glad I could help.

Is 772 working for everyone? I just tried it and it was incorrect.

Title information
Name: Deepwater Horizon (English)
Source file name: 00772.mpls
Duration: 1:47:17
Chapters count: 16
Size: 29.5 GB
Segment count: 15
Segment map: 501,502,514,510,511,513,512,507,505,504,508,506,515,509,503
File name: Deepwater_Horizon_t308.mkv
I can confirm that segment map is correct for redbox. I just rewatched it and it played correctly.
And it was 772 for me also.

Try right click to unselect all...can't help you with your second question.
bretb wrote:Do the makers of MakeMKV ever plan to add a "Select all" and "Deselect all" option for the list of hundreds of titles on these types of disks?
Hasn't anyone thought of that before?
Also, does the motion picture industry put all of these titles/playlists on the Blu-Ray disks just to be jerks and make life harder for those of us who buy their movies, but want to have the movie more conveniently available on our media servers hard drive?
Just curious...
Try right click to unselect all.

Yep, this matches. I mistakenly looked at 00722.mpls and noticed a mismatch.

772.mpls is correct.

I used those files and found the movie was dis-joined flipping from one scene to the another. I will try the process again.

In my observation,
NF rentals often match retail versions. But in this case it also doesn't have a 301 but rather the 772 with the sequence salamonka suggested.
NF & RB use the same disc for Lionsgate films. I try to get all my Lionsgate films from store-3d-blurayrental.com because they use a full retail version for their rental. This one slipped through the crack though.

What is this "process monitor" that keeps getting mentioned?
Is this some kind of windows monitoring software or an after market DVD software package?
Just curious because it sounds like a must-have tool.
Thanks.

Process monitor is part of the Windows "hidden" diagnostic tools. You need a membership ID card and sign-off from 3 Popes (living or dead) to access them.
In reality, if you drop "windows process monitor" into your favorite search engine, you'll get a link to the program on Microsoft's site. It's free, but it is Windows-only, of course.
