Wash the disc with liquid soap and warm water. Dry with a paper towel and wipe then with a microfiber cloth.

just wondering if my old Pioneer BDR209D can be upgraded to a UHD drive able both for reading and writing UHD drives and if the answer is positive might it be able to write on 100GB discs?

thank you very much both for replying to my enquiry, sorry for late reply, busy week
I confirm I received your PM Coopervid, tried to reply but I got limited functionality on my new account here. I will try the tutorial this weekend and come back to you with the result. Happy you confirm this drive is compatible with the upgrade solution, I really thought it might be too old for such an attempt.
I have an older drive, barely used which I wonder if it might be converted too, I will raise the question in the appropriate section of the forum.
