Hello, I am new so not sure if this is the right place to put this. But I got errors about a few of the Arcane Season 2 discs that resulted in a .tgz dump.
I already submit an email requesting these be looked at, the file names are as follows:
MKB20_v82_ARCANE_SEASON_2_-_DISC_1_FFC6.tgz
MKB20_v82_ARCANE_SEASON_2_-_DISC_2_7D15.tgz
MKB20_v82_ARCANE_SEASON_2_-_DISC_3_0EB7.tgz
NOTE: The discs 4-6 worked, but the descriptions were labeled as discs 1-3 respectively. I haven't tried to rip yet, so not sure if they work anyway.

Hi BobRaygen, please carefully read the first post of this thread. It explains how you can get your discs to work with MakeMKV. I believe all three of your discs are already supported by the public keydb (which is distinct from MakeMKV's native title support).

Hey Sanjuro, thanks for following the submission template. The 0D81 variant of Videodrome has been added to the public keydb.

Per discussion with keydb_helper in my other thread, here's my submission for David Byrne's American Utopia... a movie that apparently only I have purchased. It's ok, I'm pretty sure David will survive.
Hopefully I've got the protocol down (at least) and I am sorry if it isn't helpful due to the drive used. (I'll get right on purchasing a spare non-Pioneer drive! LOL.

Can you change the "Share" setting for these files please, so that people can download them?

Sorry, was it that it wasn't accessible in private browsing? I believe I fixed it. Sorry, let me know if there is anything else. This is my first time doing this, I have never run into a disc that couldn't be opened before and having to send in the log.

Hey Tetsujin, thanks for following up. You included everything which would usually be required for a submission but as we discussed your Pioneer drive was the limiting factor. Hopefully someone with an MT1959 LG/Asus/Buffalo drive will be able to provide a disc dump. Otherwise you will have to wait for your disc to be natively supported by MakeMKV.
I do recommend picking up a drive suitable for keydb purposes. Aside from the disc dump generation benefits, it can be useful to share the workload with your Pioneer drive.

Hey hulahoo, please make a habit of trying the latest keydb before posting to this thread. Your disc was added to the keydb on December 14.

Thanks for the submission Crispness. Your disc has been added to the public keydb.
These three titles have also been added to the keydb:
Code: Select all
MKB20_v77_Nacho_Libre_7AC8
MKB20_v77_Walking_Tall_A164
MKB20_v82_THE_LONG_WALK_23D0

The key is to have very low expectations... I've accepted that forum etiquette isn't what it used to be. You could be excused for having a similar attitude after responding to so many Pioneer firmware requests.
