The other bonus is that it looks like these ts files are playable on non DV hardware so I can play them on my other TVs with Kodi.

So I started just messing around with reading hex from a text file and searching for blocks of the required hex code and pasting it into a new text file in the correct order for the BL+EL+RPU file. Only thing is that I am using an array and it is using way too much RAM especially if the text file is GBs big.
