LG WH16NS60 + AMD

Good Morning,
I'm new to the group, so I'm sorry if this topic has already been discussed.

My doubt is reflective of the
LG WH16NS60 with AMD processors.
Today I have an FX-8350, but I intend to exchange it for a Ryzen.

My doubt is whether it reproduces Bluray 4k UHD on these two processors mentioned, and if not at least it is possible to rip files from Bluray 4K UHD discs.

The CPU restrictions are imposed by the "officially sanctioned, sponsored by Intel" software. Normal software that understands h.265 video works with UHD video, once it is off the disk.
