Disney did NOT announce this movie (or the 2020) one, retailers leaked it last week and were forced to remove the date. Now it's out on Nov 10th.
Is Disney trying to sabotage physical media?

I doubt it. Usually these titles are known ahead of time but it's not a big deal that they weren't. As long as they keep releasing them, I don't care.

Also I submitted the dump as well, but wondering since the dump was also sent about a year ago by another user.

Make sure you have contacting web server for updates unabled and you are not getting downloading add failed errors

oddly enough, I just needed to fully turn off my system and turn it back on after the firmware update. First rule in IT issues...fully turn it off then back on again... d0h! Thanks for taking the time to respond though!
