Hi

I have tried to read the three BTTF (UK Steelbook) discs with WH16NS60 using FW 1.0, 1.02 and 1.02. No dice.

I have emailed dumps for the three movies to svq@makemkv.com.

I have not been able to open any of the discs - get error "failed to open disc"

How long does a svq fix normally take and what is process required ? - does the updated data get detected via internet automatically when makemkv is run ?

There is an option in Preferences to allow web access, if enabled MakeMKV will check for updates when you try to open a disc.

After you submit a dump, the turnaround time can sometimes be within a day although sometimes it can take a bit longer.
