Work around read errors

Hello everybody,

I'm interested in what exactly happens when MakeMKV shows the following message in the debug log:

"The source file '/BDMV/STREAM/00###.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid at offset #######, attempting to work around"

What workarounds are applied exactly? Can we still be sure, despite the workarounds, that when a backup is successful, the data read from the disc is 100% the data that was written to it?

I had that problem today. I created a backup and ripped the title. I will watch it tonight and look for issues in the playback. I will report back tomorrow (hopefully).
