Guys, I am trying to rip a commercial Star Trek 2009 Blu-Ray with the most recent release of MKV 1.6.3. The file will grow to about 2.06GB and then fails with the following errors:
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '2343825408'
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '2343960576'
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '2343960576'
For the record I have already been able to rip The Last Airbender and Robin Hood 2010 with v1.6.2. Any idea how I can get this fixed/work around it?

I'm gettting errors with this one too.
Tried cleaning the disk several times and I still get the error.
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '1388703744'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '1388703744'
Tried my disk and a friends disk with the same results.
Thanks.

@Gambitua
Hi!
1) If your friend has MakeMKV installed on his/her system, try playing your disc on his/her system.
2) Your player may need a cleaning. Maxell makes a cleaning disc that sells for about $10US...
