4k Drive advice

Hi,
Forgive this being my first post but there are so many pages and I'm getting a little confused as a novice tech head.

So, I've ripped all my BluRays successfully and playing nicely through Infuse on Apple TV.
However I'd like to rip my 4K discs in to my mac and add those too to my server.

Questions...
1. Can someone recommend a drive maybe on Amazon I should buy
2. Talk of rolling back the firmware sounds tricky is there a good link to go to?
3. Can I pay some one to sell me a Drive all ready with the correct firmware for me to start ripping?
