Alien and Black Hawk Down Won't rip, ASUS BW-16D-1HT

I recently got several UHDs... some of them are used. I was able to rip Star Trek just fine but then when I went to rip Black Hawk Down and Alien i get a corrupted file message. The discs look perfect on the back. I cleaned them vigorously with a microfiber and tried again. No luck. I even tried to backup the discs but got the same sort of message.

I have burned about 25 UHD in the past and only had this problem once before which I figured was a bad disc. This was on Justice League, but having two in a row leads me to believe there is something else going on.

I am running what I think is the correct firmware for my drive. It is an ASUS BW-161HT. I am using the (Modified) ASUS ODD FW Changer and selecting "ASUS-BW-161HT-3.10-WM01601-211901041014" dated 3/19/2019.

I am happy to supply logs and anything else... just not sure where they are. If you tell me I can supply.

MakeMKV tells you where it is storing logs when it first starts up if you have debug logging turned on.

Here is the log for Alien UHD I tried to rip. I ran this after flashing to what I think is the latest FW for this drive provided on MakeMKV. It got to about 20GB then errored out.

Read errors usually mean the disc is scratched or dirty; or at least that the drive is having trouble reading data from the disc.
