#1 Post by Zabman48 » Thu Sep 30, 2010 6:21 pm

I am trying to convert my HD DVD's to MKV files with version 1.6 but I don't get any audio. Which audio codecs do I have to choose with MKV ?

maybe it?s a problem of your mediaplayer.Try to convert Audio uncompressed. Normally makemkv makes compressed audio. Perhaps you must convert your mkvs with a tool like mkvtoolnix

Try going to settings: audio and then selecting "stereo" instead of "digital." Not a perfect solution, but it worked for me.
