Failed to Process Original UHD GoT Season 8 Disk

This is my first time using MakeMKV. Sorry if this is totally obvious.

I have a real/original 4K/UHD Region 1 (USA) Game of Thrones Season 8 set of 3 disks.

MMKV works fine with disk 2 and 3, but reports "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" on disk 1.

The only online help article says this only occurs with copied disks that are lacking certs from the original. This is clearly not my issue.

I have tried the latest version of MMKV and 1.14.2 (because someone suggested it). Neither works.

Can anyone suggest what I should try? I paid a lot for UHD disk set and I only have a few days before I have to buy MMKV. I would hate to pay for it, if I cant use it.

When MakeMKV cannot find a key for the video, it generates a .tgz file in your MakeMKV data directory, and asks that you send it to svq@makemkv.com for analysis.
