Knight And Day

Hi newbie here for the first time, so not sure if this is the correct place to post this? I used makeMKV last night for the first time to back up Knight and Day Blu-ray, which it did reasonably well, except when watching the film at every new chapter the time line and a thumb nail appeared at the bottom of the screen this happened at every chapter (around 29 ). Anyone tell me how to get rid of this? Cheers

Have you checked to see if your original, commercial Blu-ray disc exhibits the same behavior when played on the same system (and/or any other system or standalone player)?
