Converted DVDs on Mezzmo on TV But Not Found

Converted DVDs on Mezzmo on TV But Not Found

I've converted several DVDs using DVD Shrink and /or MakeMKV and they play superbly on my Sony 32W5710 Bravia TV through Mezzmo. However, no when I convert the thumbnail shows on the TV through Mezzmo but when I select says "File Not Found". Earlier DVD conversions still play but not new ones. I have not changed any settings and all play OK on the PC...help

Hi!

Your problem doesn't appear to have anything to do with MakeMKV...

Yes...difficult to pin down to be honest but yes, it was Mezzmo in the end. To do with device profile for TV... now I'm flying.
