Cannot open disk

I am new to this program and I am stuck and am unsure what I need to do to get past the following error.

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

I am trying to rip a disc from a 2 part set and was able to do the first one, but cannot get the second disk to open.

Any help is appreciated.

How do I update the updated keys from makeMKV?

I have tried daily to rip this disc, but am still getting the error. I think there may be something on my side that I am missing.

Im not sure what to do to get this working.

MakeMKV automatically downloads the key list as needed, assuming you are allowing it to contact that web server for updates, AND you do not have a problem with getting a connection (some DNS providers block some domains).

A message like this should appear in the log windoer:

Downloading latest HK to C:\MakeMKVSVQ ...
