Got perfectly good .mkv files using MakeMKV on Windows 10. But no audio. Cannot see anything in the UI (even with expert mode enabled) and none of the .MKV files have audio content.
Any pointers appreciated.

Did you check that the audio tracks are selected?
Two common problems - selecting audio your playback software/hardware cannot handle, and setting a "preferred language" in MakeMKV that doesn't exist on the disk being ripped.

Spot on with the hardware diagnosis. Works perfectly with the Realtek 5.1 audio on the motherboard.
Not so good with a Logitech stereo USB headset.
