Apocalypse Now Final Cut

Does anyone know what the difference is between the two main feature options on the “Final Cut” UHD? I can’t tell. Any help would be appreciated!

Also, FYI, on the second UHD disc - which includes the Theatrical and Redux versions - there are 3 main feature playlists. The one with the shortest duration is the Theatrical Cut. Then there’s two longer playlists, both of which have the same duration. Those are for the “Redux” version.

Both “Redux” files are the same visually. However, one includes ONLY the film’s audio (nothing else), the second ONLY includes Coppola’s commentary track (and nothing else). I ripped both copies and then muxed all the audio together using MKVToolnix so that all of the audio options are available in one file.

There's an optional intro by F.F. Coppola, would that account for the extra play list? The menu options are "play with" and "play without".

Nope, I had ripped both versions and neither includes the intro. Also, both appear to have the same end credits sequence (both in English).

Hi!
I made an mkv from main movie of "Apocalypse Now The Final Cut" (relevant disc of 6 disc set) using the newest version of makemkv (1.15.2). The playlist of main movie points to two m2ts files, but the resulting mkv contains only th first one.
What is the solution?

I gave it one more try: it seems to me that the program doesn't work with playlists.
