Hi,

Getting this error The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Please can you let me know what's the protocol to upload the AACS dump file.

Email the dump to svq@makemkv.com. It MAY take up to a week for a key to be generated/automatically downloaded. Periodically retry the disc.

There will be no direct response.
