I backed up my disk and when I try and play it, the video signal gets very "weird". It looks like one eye is kind of in the middle of the screen and the other eye is split across the top and bottom.
I tried using the backup option and played the MPLS in Kodi and had the same problem -- however the disc plays in 3D just fine from a bluray player.
I'm guessing that there is some sort of mastering error in the streams and that my bluray player is just adapting to it on the fly, but I'm not sure how to resolve the issue.

FYI - Creating an ISO of the backed up files worked, but I'd still prefer to get it working in a MKV container.

Update: I think MakeMkv 1.15.2 was the issue not the disk...
