RESOLVED - Knight and Day (U.S. version)

#1 Post by setarip_old » Wed Dec 01, 2010 12:27 am

Although BD+ information in the "News and Announcements" sub-forum specifically states that an SVQ for "Knight and Day" is present in the download (The auto-DL finally works for me), MakeMKV v.1.62 (with the latest SVQ installed) fails to decrypt this AACS/MKB v.19 while presenting the following error:
MakeMKV v1.6.2 win(x64-release) started
Backing up disc into folder "E:/_NewBluRayTest/KnightAndDay_Fox"
Downloading latest SVQ(s) to E:/___Temp/MakeMKV_SVQ\SVQ ...

I have submitted the dump...

I'm having a similar problem. Using MakeMKV 1.6.2 for Mac, the auto DL of the svq does work for me but still fails to decrypt the BD+ for this movie. I even manually downloaded the svq from http://www.makemkv.com/svq/dsall.svq?1 and http://www.makemkv.com/svq/dsall.svq?2 just to be sure but still no luck.

I also sent the BD+ dump to svq@makemkv.com.

Just curious why there is such a disparity between the number of SQV's loaded? (Example mine is - Loaded 170 SVQ file(s))
Also When downloading the current SQV from the website - I should put it in the SQV folder I setup - correct? (I currently copy it into main folder and sqv folder)

In addition to the latest SVQ (that contains 45 references) You undoubtedly have a couple/few older .SVQs in the same folder.

Yes, you should save it to the same folder as you created under "SVQ Files Directory" in MakeMKV'>>Preferences>>BD+

BTW - It's "SVQ"...
