SCOOB! dump sent

Error Message for SCOOB! UHD:
"Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\jgcia/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v72_Scoob!_3720.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc"

Attached is the dump file.

This process is new to me, so please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you

I just tried it again and received the same error. Am I supposed to do something extra?

I've been able to rip other UHD discs with no problem
