file format
when I rip a blu-ray disc sometime the result is .m2ts files and sometime it is .mkv. is there a switch I am missing or am I missing something else?
Re: file format
That depends on what buttons you click on. The big one that looks like a disk drive and "spins" when a disk is loading, will open the disk and give you a list of titles to select for conversion to MKV files.
The Backup button will copy the directory structure of the disk to a directory on your drive (optionally removing encryption), which will mainly be m2ts and mpls files.
