When you throw the MKV into TSMuxer, do you get two video files?

No, I only see one.

So when I create an MKV, I only select the main movie and audio tracks needed. Is there another track I need to include when creating the MKV?

When I drag the MKV over, I get a message that a track isn't compatible. I was assuming that was the Atmos audio but now I'm not so sure.

When I drag the m2ts file from the copy, into txmuxer, i DO get two video files. Maybe I should try that.

No you were doing it right the first time. Mediainfo will not show DV info on the mkv, just the TS. You're using the wrong version of tsmuxer. Look for the one labeled 04.06 fix that most people have been using around here.

So how are people handling DTS:X tracks and getting them into the Dolby Vision version? It seems eac3to doesn't recognize DTS:X

I'm going to try and use StaxRip 2.0 it has Dolby vision profiles and pass though of audio and Nvidia encoding, I will see what happens and post here

PLS help me, i do everything and when i play the file TS ot my Lg C9 the picture is not smoothlyyy,Dolby Vision works offcourse no sound because atmos truehd is not support on hdd ot tv... i use ts muxer 04.06 and yoroscope ..

Staxrip x265.exe single layer encoding needs an RPU file(like the HDR10+ parser does) which AFAIK, there's is no software yet to create such file.

Dual-layer DV can easily be compressed without any DV signaling in staxrip. Just encode the BL and remux with the original DV layer.

OK, so I am trying to run a DV profile 5 m2ts on Infuse ATV4K from my Asus router, connected by a wire and it does trigger DV and that's great. But it keeps on buffering every 30 seconds or so! Although it plays usual HDR files smoothly. What's the catch?

from 6 movies i create on ts muxer 04.06 only transformers the last knigt is perfect on my LG C9,the other movies like 1917,hobbs and shaw, terminator dark fate ,gemini man and trolls world tour not playing smoothly... the method to create is the same for all movies ..this days i think to buy sony x700 or panasonic ub450 to test on them.

why are you not using mp4muxer if you're playing them off the TV?

because i want to buy player at this moment i use pc and watching on hdr and atmos truehd,but i want DV and atmos truehd:) my two choise is sony x700 or panasonic ub450 ,and i really want to see the different between hdr and DV on my C9

So not knowing much about mp4muxer, is this something that should be used over tsmuxer all the time or just for TV based apps(maybe LG specific)? I ask because I used tsmuxer(4.06 fixed) for all mine(3 movies and 2 seasons of Westworld) and they play perfectly. However, I play them on an Nvidia Shield 2019.
