Has anyone had any luck on how to make a MKV from Disney's UP blu-ray (movie only)?
It seems to be made up of multiple files. Is there a tutorial for this one?

You didn't mention what region your disc is, but -
US/Region A
Australian/Region BC
Assorted European/Region B
Pick the mpls in MakeMKV that matches the one you want from the database.

You should not have any trouble to make UP.
You trouble should be find which file is good for you.
Just check the lenght of the movie.
Since it's a movie animation, Disney and other make 2-3+ version of the movie, they basicly translate "in movie" for the viewer. Example: change the commerce name for being native in your language. Generic in your language. Since this is in the movie track, that generate multiple version of the main movie.
Most time the good movie is the first one in english... but if you have space on your hard drive, you could do all of them and check the difference. Most time they really easy to see.

Re: How to make MKV for Disney's UP
Sorry to bump this really old thread, but I need to re-rip my BD of UP and it's SO hard to search for the title. Anyone remember what m2ts file it is? It's not the typical 800.

Or, let's just put the info from AVS here.
One of the exceptions to the Disney 800 rule, but it follows the same logic, where x00 is English and the other languages/options are x01, x02, etc.
Region A:
00100.MPLS - English Render
00101.MPLS - CineExplore Title (Identical Files w/ PiP enabled)
00102.MPLS - French Render
00103.MPLS - Spanish Render
Region B/C:
- 00100.mpls: English Render
- 00101.mpls: CineExplore
- 00102.mpls: French Render
- 00104.mpls: Hungarian Render
- 00103.mpls: Dutch Render
- 00105.mpls: Flemish Render
