BP50NB40.AVAR10B Help error

Apparently my sister somehow manage to brick this thing. She was doing an update that the device doesn’t turn on anymore. Everything is connect to it but the error states otherwise.

Is there anyway to flash or downgrade what she did or fix this? Or do I need to send it to lg in order to get a new one.
