Did you ever work out what was going on? I'm having lots of messages about cells x-end being skipped due to cell command, have cleaned the disc with a damp cloth and now trying the manual disc opening as recommended here

I got the complex multiplex message when opening the disc automatically but not when I tried manual mode.
I think the first title on mine with one cell and 0 seconds was probably the home menu.
Will update in case it helps anyone else searching for the same thing.
So here's what it was telling me with the cell commands, when I just put in the titles in manual mode:

It'll be a little while before I find out if it was successful; it's been having problems not saving the first title anyway but the second title might show a difference.
