Does it convert - transform truehd into ac3??

Generally speaking, when MakeMKV encounters a TrueHD track, it will give you both the "complete" TrueHD track, and extract the "lossy core" AC3 track.

How exactly i choose to convert one truehd sound of an mkv file into ac3 loseless?
And make change only at audio nothing else.

I try a sample of one mkv file that has one truehd sound that was only 1 minute long and the program it make more than 20-30 minutes and still doesn't end so i stop it.

So are you completely sure that this program can convert truehd into ac3 loseless????

AC3 is not a lossless format, so it is impossible to convert to it losslessly.

But a TrueHD track contains AC3 data within it, so MakeMKV simply copies that part of the track out as a separate track for decoders that aren't smart enough to do that on their own.

And why even a video file 1 minute lenth-long is SO REALLY LATE to do it????

And as i tallied you before i STOP IT BEFORE IT COMPLETED CAUSE IT WOULD TAKE TOOOOOOOO LONG FOR 1 MINUTE VIDEO FILE.

A 1 minute file should not take long at all to rip. If it's taking that long for you then either you have a dirty/damaged disc, or your drive is defective. The audio format makes no difference as it's just copying the tracks without change.

Wow, you are a rude one.

I guess you don't understand what MakeMKV is for. It's for Ripping DVD/BD's, not for transcoding MKVs.

Also, I'd suggest that you read your post. I quote you here:

I know VERY WELL what the program is for.

But i know that can convert truehd audio into ac3 to as describe at the program characteristics.
