True HD disks audio not work DTS disks fine

Anyone help?

All the uhd disks ive ripped that had dts ma sound work perfectly, but disks like joker and skywalker
which only have dolby options for sound, i just get a message pop up says audio not working.
Ive tried playing on 2 different devices both same.
The only way i can get any sound is to select the basic dolby digital 5.1 track as well, but it only seems to want to play that and i really want to get full uncompressed quality.
picture is fine always.

You need a player that understands more audio options. TrueHD is a variation on AC3 audio, and contains an AC3 audio track within it. AC3 was the standard used on DVDs, so players SHOULD be able to play the AC3 core.

My Panasonic ub700 bluray player plays dolby true hd disks ok just not from usb (its ok with dd 5.1)
same with my lg oled.
