Wow could you show me how you created these? This is the first time a .mp4 & .ts dolby vision version of Gemini Man that my c9 is able to play smoothly at the correct 60 fps via external hdd.

Good to know deadchip12.
Did you try all 3 samples?
Did all of them work?
Was DV recognized and colors appear correctly?

Hmm...turns out only the first 2 work. The 3rd one says "the file cannot be recognized".
Are these all profile 4 and single layer? Reading your previous posts, it seems like you reduced the bit rate of the film on these files?

Yes, I re-encoded the BL at approx 25000k.
Here is the mediainfo for the MP4 & the first TS:

For the 1st TS file, I just did the old "change the file extension" trick and that TS file has worked for you.
The 3rd file (other TS file) I created using yusesope's 0.0.4 tool and TS muxer but this file is not quite right. Mediainfo shows it as "Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.04.0A, BL+EL+RPU / SMPTE ST 2086, HDR10 compatible". I'm not sure why it comes out as 04.0A?? I wonder if there is any way to hex edit the 0A to 09??
Here is the mediainfo for it:
