Hi,
I've been using MakeMKV for about 8 months now and haven't had a problem up until maybe 3-4 weeks ago. he problem is that the output file (M2TS or MKV) sometimes has a fault with the video, audio or both. The fault being that the video stutters or missed loads of frames making it totally unwatchable, same goes for the audio - I'd say the output gives about 10% of the actual video frames, and about 30% of the actual audio. As mentioned, I've tried doing a "backup" to give me the M2TS files and I've tried ripping all the unneeded extras off and creating a MKV file, tried this in both Windows and Linux with versions 1.6.* and above.
Some titles are:
Alice in Wonderland
Pixies - Acoustic & Electric Live
Plus a few others that I can't recall at the moment...
Any ideas? or anyone else share the same problem?
P.S. Some of my tried and trusted titles that I've ripped before still rip perfectly so I doubt it's a fault with the PC and/or OS's.
Stuttering Video/Audio Problem
Re: Stuttering Video/Audio Problem
try ripping the source using a different program, i.e. DVDFAB Decryptor then use MAKEMKV

Hi!
Do the original, commercial Blu-rays exhibit the same problematic behavior when you play them on your PC?
