Bug: MakeMKV Uninstaller fails to remove the "CdRomArbiterService"

Hi,

Noticed that the MakeMKV 1.15.1 uninstaller leaves the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\cdarbsvc intact and leaves the service running and in Automatic status.
